No. Fittings are optional. Most renters reserve confidently from the sizing chart alone. In-person studio fittings are paused for now, but you may have a piece shipped to you for an at-home try-on if you'd like to feel the fabric first.

Cavite, Batangas, Laguna, and NCR for our standard three-day rental. Delivery outside these zones is possible; the renter covers the additional transit days.

Not yet. Our home studio in Silang, Cavite is currently unavailable for in-person fittings until further notice. If you'd like to try a piece first, we can ship it to you for an at-home fitting instead.

Yes, by shipment. In-person studio fittings are paused, but you may have up to 3 Filipinianas shipped for an at-home try-on at ₱170 per dress, for renters within 50km of Silang, returned within 5 hours (shipping time included). A refundable ₱1,000 to ₱2,000 deposit applies. We don't schedule shipping for fittings, so please check the piece's availability on the website before booking a shipment.

We do our best to confirm fit through the sizing chart and measurements. If a try-on matters for your peace of mind, arrange a fitting by shipment ahead of time so there are no surprises on the day.

Yes! Rental extensions are subject to availability. Additional charges apply per day: ₱250/day for rentals ₱1,000 and below, and ₱350/day for rentals above ₱1,000. Please let us know in advance, as extensions may not be available for all dates.

Please don't. We handle all cleaning. Steaming is allowed for soft creases, but never wash, dry clean, iron, alter, or repair the piece.

Minor repairs are deducted from your security deposit at actual cost. In the event of loss or irreparable damage, the renter is liable for the full replacement value and compensation for affected bookings.

Once the garment is inspected and cleared of damage, stains, missing inclusions, or late penalties, your ₱1,000 deposit is returned in full.

No. The reservation fee is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the rare case Arquila cannot fulfill the booking.
