We only ask for what a rental actually needs. When you send a reservation, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your Facebook name and profile link, so we can reach you
• Your GCash or Maya number, used only to return your security deposit
• Your delivery address, city or municipality, and delivery area
• Your chosen piece, size or look, rental dates, and any notes you add

We do not collect payment card details. Payments are sent through GCash or Maya directly, so we never see or store card numbers.

To hold your dates, confirm your booking, arrange delivery and return, send your confirmation and balance reminder, and refund your security deposit. That is all. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Running the booking system means a few trusted services process your information on our behalf:

• Google Calendar holds each booking so we know which piece is reserved on which dates.
• Supabase keeps a secure backup copy of your booking record.
• Resend sends your confirmation and reminder emails.
• Vercel hosts this website.
• Your courier (usually Lalamove) receives your name and delivery address so the piece can reach you.

We share your details with these services only as far as the rental requires, and never with anyone else unless the law obliges us.

We keep booking records for as long as we need them for our business and accounting records, and then we remove them. If you would like your information deleted sooner, message us and we will remove it, apart from anything we are legally required to retain.

This website does not use cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking. We do not build a profile of you, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you have the right to be informed about what we hold, to access it, to correct anything inaccurate, to object to how we use it, to have it erased or blocked, and to complain to the National Privacy Commission.

To exercise any of these, message us on Facebook or email us. We will respond as quickly as we can.

Your booking travels over an encrypted connection. Our booking records and admin dashboard are password protected, and the accounts that hold your information are limited to the people who run Arquila.

No system is perfect. If a breach ever affects your personal information, we will tell you and notify the National Privacy Commission as the law requires.
