how it works
A slow, deliberate process designed around the moments you're dressing for. Reservations happen on the website. Fittings are optional.

Explore the collection and choose a piece that suits the occasion. Send the reservation form on the website with your event date, contact details, pickup or delivery preference, and chosen piece.
Note · A ₱500 reservation fee secures your date. It is non-refundable and non-transferable, and is deducted from your rental total.

In-person fittings at our home studio are paused for now. If you'd like to feel the fabric before your event, you may have a piece shipped to you for a quick at-home try-on. It's completely optional. Many renters reserve confidently from the sizing chart alone.
Note · Fitting by shipment: ₱170 per dress (up to 3 at a time), for renters within 50km of Silang, returned within 5 hours including shipping. A refundable ₱1,000 to ₱2,000 deposit applies. Check the piece's availability on the website before booking a shipment.

Ship out begins at 1:00 PM. Choose pickup from our Silang studio, or have it sent by a trusted same-day courier such as Lalamove. The remaining rental balance and the ₱1,000 security deposit are settled a day before ship out.
Note · Renters cover all delivery and return shipping fees.

Day 2 is your event day. Wear it well. Steaming is allowed for soft creases. Please do not wash, dry clean, iron, alter, or repair the piece.
Note · We ask for a short video of the garment when it arrives and again before it is returned.

Return or hand the piece back to the courier by or before 9:00 AM on Day 3, in the garment bag we provided with all original accessories.
Note · Quick reminder: late returns incur a ₱1,000 per day penalty (any partial day counts as a full day), deducted from the security deposit and billed beyond it. Please return on time.

Once the garment is inspected and cleared of damage, stains, missing inclusions, or late penalties, the ₱1,000 security deposit is returned in full before 6:00 PM on your return date.
Note · Minor repairs and cleaning fees are deducted only when applicable, based on actual cost.
We currently ship within Cavite, Batangas, Laguna, and NCR for our standard three-day rental. Delivery outside these zones is possible; the renter covers the additional transit days.
